Tab Notes
These tabs are for the first half of The Square.
Stave 1 is main riff of the first part of the song in E, Stave 2 is the ascention from C back to E. So play Stave 1 twice and then Stave 2 once, then repeat that pattern.
Staves 3 & 4 ares for when the loud guitar comes in. The E drops an octave, the part simplifies, and the rhythm becomes more straight (the high octave hits along with the snare).
Stave 5 is when the song shifts to A (during the instrumental section.
The second half of the song I just stuck with the root notes, but feel free to mess around. The chord progression is E-minor, G, D, C. Towards the end ("all of those we've lost"), the chords don't change but the changes come faster.
