Tab Notes
PRACTICE RIFFS 1
These are some common runs for laying down a rhythm. All of these are simplified, so that they can be played on one string at a time. Repeat each of them as many times as you want. Be sure to practice using all four fingers!
Once you've mastered each of these, experiment with trying them on different strings (EXAMPLE: Stave 2 played on the A and D or D and G strings) but with the same frets. You can also experiment with holding any of the notes longer or shorter.
Have fun and be creative with these! They are only to get you accustomed to playing common melodic lines and rhythms.
