Basically, you'll follow Jim's vocals with and hit each chord with the rest of the band - sometimes we go really slowly, sometimes it's a little faster. The melody line lands really solidly on each chord so there's no weird syncopated shit to trick you up, but this can be pretty weird for some guitarists to learn.
